You alone, understand your dream better than anyone else. You do have that one thing that makes sleep elude you, and to the extreme, makes you talk to yourself on the unforgiving streets of life. Boy, doesn’t it alter your pulse rate whenever it crosses your mind ( makes you wanna jump out of your own skin)?
This ‘beast of a thing’, could be: Education, marriage, love, children, peace, financial stability, a job and so forth and so on. How you plan for its realization, gives a clear distinct of you being either an achiever or a mere dreamer.
While it’s easy to dream, and execute in the mind. However a brilliant idea you execute; if not put into practice, will end up being just a DREAM! So, roll up your sleeves and join me in this path of self discovery!
Hey! we all wanna to be successful, right?RIGHT! How do we then make it a reality? Before I continue, I want to believe you are here because you feel somewhat stuck in your life, and you want get rid of that leech of backwardness in your life, otherwise, you would not read thus far. And on a positive note, be rest assured that no one has it all figured out. (brings some hope, huh?)
The following are some of the ways in which you can realize your dream of becoming successful at whatever you wish to become and or achieve:
- Push Harder
Nothing comes easy. Unfortunately, the human body is naturally lazy, it loves comfort and the, ‘there is still time, I will do it later’ attitude. You want it done, circumvent those thoughts and flex your muscles! No one will do it for you( unless of course you are paying for it; if you are a hustler, then you got to do it for yourself).
Now, let’s be sincere here, it’s never easy as it seems or is said. But wait a minute? what on earth is easy to achieve? if you know of any, please do enlighten me! with this said and done, you better get down to busyness. The first few days( or even months) might be hell, but I assure you, the preceding days will be easy to get by.
2. Believe in yourself
This would be one of those mantras you got to have. self belief, I kid you not, no one will give you an ear if you are blubbery and seem not to have a clue in what you want. Just exude some confidence, please note, not pride.
Do not be overly confidence. Just enough to command respect your way. And while at it, perfect your game. Amass as much knowledge as possible in your area of expertise in order to compliment your confidence, without which, you might fail.
3. Dream it, live it
Put your mind into your heart’s desires. Live and relive your dream, every single minute of your life. Mouth it to your friends ( to only those who believe in you, and your potential). Otherwise be careful who you share your vision with, some people are destiny killers.
Don’t rest until you get it done. Remember, every project, empire standing, was started by one who dreamed. Therefore, you too can achieve it, but only if you set your mind to it.
4. Be focused
After working hard and putting your dream into a reality, the least you’d wish for is to lose track. Stay on course, do not jumble your mind with all sorts of things. This is not the time to be a jack of all trades. Perfecting your skills on a single project at a time yields more success. When you get the grasp of it, you can then diversify. Until then, stay on course.
In conclusion, have a well laid plan. If you don’t plan, it would be near infinity to to have a grip of that which you would kill to posses. Just as the cliche goes; if you fail to plan, then you plan to fail.
There is no dream that is too menial to be turned into a gold! You dream it, then you can achieve it.
Have you seen, watched, or looked at someone you think is successful and you wished you were them? If you don’t work it, then you’d probably not be where they are even if you were given the chance to be them. Listen honey, they too had a dream, got down to work and they now look like they are more luckier than you. The only difference between you and them is ‘how bad you want it and dream on, versus, how bad they wanted it and got it done’.
Almost all achievers, moved out of their comfort zone, they stopped day-dreaming and put their feet down, rolled their sleeves some more and got down to work. And so you know; Luck knocked their door last!
